If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your product. Please specify your order, and reason for dissatisfaction. We will review your request and work with you to meet your expectations.
We will only reprint product after reviewing your request. However, we are not responsible for typing, image, color or design errors introduced by customers in the artwork/document creation process. In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, we does not review artwork/documents for content or spelling. In no way shall either iDesign Global Services. or its subsidiaries, officers, directors or employees be liable for any special incidents, indirect or consequential damages, mistakes or rejects of any kind.
Please note that it is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. Therefore, even if a monitor color calibration has been done, there still will be a chance for color mismatch either cause by the paper type or the printer color profile. Even if the printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of color of the printed product will always slightly differ from the original artwork.
